Marie-Claude Cloutier

Licensed real estate broker D.A., Marie-Claude Cloutier has been active in the real estate field for over 15 years, in an environment she has always known. Growing up in the heart of real estate, she developed a deep understanding of the profession, its realities, and its demands from an early age.

Her professional journey is marked by great versatility: assistant and secretary since her teenage years at RE/MAX, studies in theatrical exploration, and then training in cultural and corporate event production as well as early childhood education. It was during her return to RE/MAX nearly 17 years ago that she completed her journey by obtaining her real estate broker license in 2009, followed by her title as a licensed real estate broker D.A. in August 2024.

Within the management of RE/MAX Extra, Marie-Claude plays a key role in supporting and training brokers, both in transactional matters and in the use of tools, compliance, process structuring, and the development of internal projects. She stands out for her human, reassuring, and illustrative approach, combining gentleness, humor, and great availability.
